WCYC Summer Youth Camp Rules & Policies
During the summer youth camp sessions, no other use of the camp facilities will be allowed.
All visitors during camp sessions must be coordinated with the Session Director.
It is expected that all campers and staff will wear appropriate, modest attire. This also applies to swimwear.
As a Christ-centered organization, we want WCYC to be a place that brings glory to God. We do not wish to be overly strict about a dress code. Neither do we wish to allow an environment that will be uncomfortable for our children.
For a more elaborate explanation of our requirements and policies regarding attire at our youth camp sessions, please, refer to the bullets titled “Clothing” and “Swimwear” on our What Should I Bring to Camp? page.
It is expected that all campers and staff follow the WCYC Technology Policy (see below).

WCYC Summer Youth Camp Technology Policy
Camper Policy
In an attempt to disconnect from the physical world and engage more fully with the spiritual world, it is required that campers do not bring the following items to camp sessions.
Cell Phones
Music Players (MP3 and otherwise)
Electronic Tablets (iPad, Kindle, Nook, etc.)
Computers
Hand held video games.
Staff Policy
While it is understood that staff members have commitments outside of camp sessions that require communication via technology, the board recommends that staff members limit the use of technology. The goal is to be more present and invested in the session and the lives of the campers.
